APCOM supplies pipe nipples and pipe nipple assemblies in zinc plated steel, black iron, and brass in sizes from .5” to 2” diameter. We manufacture nipples with polymer liners made of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX), polypropylene, and polysulfone. Our NPT thread configurations are available in .75” and 1” in lengths of 1.8125” to 18”. Custom designs are also available.

Additionally, we manufacture anode outlet nipples and specially designed PEX heat traps that eliminate the noisy operation of traditional floating ball heat traps. Our patented heat trap utilizes a baffle that minimizes convection heat loss silently and effectively. This is a simplified design which provides more durability. Our heat trap is available in .75” NPT pipe nipples and dip tubes.
