I am unable to locate information on the WH7 and WH8 thermostats. Why?
The WH7 and WH8 thermostat models are obsolete and no longer available. The WH9 currently replaces the WH7 model and the WH10 currently replaces the WH8 model. For additional thermostat questions, please contact Customer Service.
How can I obtain my tracking number, a copy of the bill of lading or a packing list?
APCOM’s Customer Service can assist you with copies of the bill of lading, packing list or provide a tracking number. When inquiring, please be sure to provide your company name, purchase order number and applicable part number(s) so we can expedite your request.
I need a product’s Certificate of Origin. Where can I get a copy?
